RhineDesk is an administrative and logistics coordination service operating under APE code 82.11Z. It is not:

• an estate agency. We hold no carte professionnelle under the loi Hoguet and cannot sell, let or manage property as an agent;
• a law firm. We give no legal advice and no representation before any authority;
• a customs representative or freight forwarder.

Where a matter requires one of those, we introduce an independent licensed professional. We are never a party to the contract concluded between you and that third party, and we receive no commission for the introduction.

Indicative prices published on this site are given for guidance. They are not a binding public offer, and a firm quote is issued for each engagement before work begins.

Intellectual property

The text, structure and layout of this site are the property of the publisher. The two photographs are used under Creative Commons licences and credited in the site footer, with links to their source pages and licence terms.

Complaints and disputes

Write to us first on WhatsApp. Most problems are a misunderstanding about scope and are settled in a single conversation.

If that fails, a consumer client may refer the matter to a mediator for consumer disputes free of charge, in accordance with articles L.612-1 and following of the Code de la consommation, or use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform. Failing agreement, the competent French courts have jurisdiction.
