Data controller

What we collect

Data you send us: when you write to us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, name (if provided) and the content of your message. This is used solely to respond to your request and, if you engage us, to deliver the agreed service.
Analytics data: with your consent (see the cookie banner), we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site — pages viewed, general location (country/region level), device type. IP addresses are anonymised. No analytics data is collected before you accept cookies.
Server logs: our hosting provider, HOSTKEY B.V. (Netherlands), automatically logs technical information such as IP address, browser and timestamp for security and reliability. These logs are kept for a limited period and are not used to build any profile of you.

What we do not collect

We do not run a contact form, do not use a live-chat widget, and do not maintain a mailing list. We have no email inbox tied to this site — WhatsApp is our only contact channel.

WhatsApp conversation history is kept only as long as needed to deliver the service and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics 4's standard retention settings.
