Local assistant
Whatever needs a real person in Strasbourg: mail, bills, a tradesman let in, an appointment attended, a parcel collected. No subscription, no minimum.
Most of what people actually need from us is smaller than a relocation file, more occasional than a property contract, and unrelated to a shipment. One specific thing that has to happen in person, in or around Strasbourg, done by someone who shows up and does it properly.
That's this page. No contract, no onboarding, no minimum commitment — tell us what needs doing and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a thirty-minute job or something bigger.
Who this suits
People who live abroad and own nothing here but still need something handled occasionally — a document collected, a form submitted, a relative's appointment attended. People who already live in Strasbourg and are travelling, unwell, or just short on time for one particular task. And companies — French, German or otherwise — that need a local presence for a single meeting or errand without opening an office for it.
Where this stops and another page starts
If what you actually need is recurring — a property checked every month, a relocation handled start to finish, or ongoing supplier visits — the specialised pages for that are priced and structured for the real commitment: Property intendance, Relocation & mobility, Cross-border trade. This page is for the task that doesn't fit a subscription.
On languages
We work in English and French. That covers the large majority of what comes through, including German clients and companies who are comfortable in either language — which, on the Rhine, is most of them. If a matter genuinely needs German, we say so before taking it on rather than muddle through.
Mail and bills
We collect your post, tell you what actually matters, and pay routine bills — utilities, taxe foncière, insurance renewals — on your instruction.
Letting people in
A technician, a delivery, an inspector, a locksmith. We wait for them, make sure the job gets done, and tell you how it went.
Representing you
A meeting, a bank appointment, an administrative counter, a handover. We go in your place and report back in writing.
Whatever else it is
If it needs someone physically present in or around Strasbourg and doesn't fit the other services, ask. Most things do fit here.

Common questions
I'm not moving here and don't own property. What is this for?
For a single task: someone meets a contractor, picks up a parcel you can't be there for, pays a bill while you're abroad, or stands in for you at an appointment. No file, no package — just the job.
Do you only work with people who live outside France?
No. People who already live in Strasbourg use this too — most often when they're travelling, unwell, or simply don't have time for something that needs doing in person.
We're a German company. Can we use this even though you don't speak German?
Yes — we work in English and French. If everyone involved on your side is comfortable in one of those, there's no issue; we deal with German firms and individuals regularly on that basis. If a matter genuinely requires German, we say so upfront rather than guess.
Can you commit to a few hours every month?
Yes, as a standing arrangement rather than a subscription — tell us roughly what recurs (mail, a monthly bill, a regular check-in) and we quote accordingly after one conversation.
What won't you do?
Anything requiring a licensed professional — legal advice, managing a tenancy as an agent, signing contracts on your behalf — stays with the right specialist. We coordinate and act as your hands; we don't replace a lawyer, notaire or accountant.
