What we take on
We build the files, book the appointments and chase the answers that never arrive on their own. We are not a law firm and don’t pretend to be one: when a case genuinely needs a notaire or an immigration lawyer, we bring one in and stay on the file instead of handing you off.
Where we actually go
A radius we can cover and come back from in a day. We would rather say so plainly than take on a property we could not keep a proper eye on.

Below Colmar — Mulhouse, Basel — we don’t take property retainers. We wouldn’t be there often enough to be worth paying.

What we see stays here
Bank statements, medical files, divorce judgments. These are the papers the job actually involves. None of it leaves us, and we’ll sign an NDA before starting if you’d rather have that in writing.
Knowing which counter
Half of this work is knowing which office handles what, and at what hour somebody actually picks up. Préfecture du Bas-Rhin, CPAM, CAF, URSSAF, syndics. These are our weekly errands, not an annual expedition.
You pay us, not a percentage
A fixed fee or an hourly rate, agreed before anything starts. We take no cut of your rent, your purchase price or your supplier’s invoice, which means we have no reason to steer you anywhere.
We say no early
We are not an estate agency, a law firm or a customs broker. If your case belongs to one of those, you’ll hear it in the first reply rather than after the invoice.
When we’re not the right people
A first conversation is cheaper for everyone than a misunderstanding. Here is where we will turn you down.
- You want a guaranteed outcome on a residence permit. Nobody can give you that, and anyone promising it is lying to you.
- You want to sell a property. That needs a licensed estate agent holding a carte professionnelle, which we are not.
- Your property sits south of Colmar. We wouldn’t pass by often enough to make a retainer honest.
- You’re looking for the cheapest option. We aren’t it, and we aren’t trying to be.
